I thought Canon's refurbished warranty was for one year. But when checking their US refurbished site, I see only a 14 day return policy.
Did the warranty period change?

return != warranty
My interpretation is that you can return the camera for a refund or exchange for 14 days (like Best Buy at 14 days, Amazon 30 days, B&H 30 days, etc.), but you can send it in to be repaired under warranty for a year.
As others have already posted "Return Period" and "Warranty" are two separate items.
Understand the confusion as I also could not find anything on the Canon Refurbished Warranty on their Site like they use to have.
Below a partial page of the Canon Refurbished Warranty that came with my refurbished RF 24-240mm lens:
For the accidental damage coverage I bought the Canon 4-Year CarePak.

Ok, that's good to know. Today I bought the refurbished Canon 18x50 IS binoculars.
I did some digging on Canon's site and found what you have posted.
https://www.usa.canon.com/support/self-help-center/canon-product-warranty-information
Then click on the button that says: Refurbished Product Limited Warranty.
I saved $300 by buying refurbished binoculars. Glad to know it's a 1 year warranty.

Thanks, that makes sense.
