If you have one, what is your informed opinion about how good is Nero AI Image Upscaler?

FWIW, for years (at the suggestion of forum members) I've used Nero Burning ROM to burn CDs and DVDs, and it seems to work fine for my needs. I got an email, offering Nero AI Image Upscaler at an introductory price of $29 or something. I can't quite convince myself that Topaz Photo AI would provide me enough benefits to justify the $159 (on sale), but in the past I've sometimes bloated up computers with lots of low-usefulness software. I know there are several competitors out there, too, like On1 Resize AI 2023 for $70. So if you have any opinions on the relative performance, pros, and cons of currently-available resampling / resizing / upscaling software, I'd be interested to read them. Thanks!
