Is this a new 'feature'? I've not noticed it before - for some reason more prevalent on an iOS device than a Mac.

I understand page headers and sidebars as a place for advertising, but now I'm seeing adverts in the middle of the threads list in forums and also in the middle of individual threads. So obtrusive as to completely ruin the 'user experience'.

Just annoying. Please stop it.
