There's an undocumented C.Fn. option in the TT350O v1.2 that let's you change the zoom format to show the actual focal length. Hold <ZOOM> to get to C.Fn. menu. Dial until you see "43-OF". Press <SET> and dial until it shows "43-ON". Now the zoom will display 7mm and 12-52mm.

All Godox flashes I've used with Olympus and Fuji have had the option to format the focal length according to the camera mount or in 135 equivalence.
