This is not really a complaint, but I just want to know if this is happening now by design.

I have noticed that every time I upload a photo now, into a thread, that it appears to me that the Photo is being compressed, and digital artifacts are being interjected into the file.

Is this by design now?   Just curious.  Thanks.
