In the past I had an account on Preview : Orsonnke.

A few months ago , i could not log in any longer on my iPad.Resetting password didn't work out.

So , i continued Preview only on my desktop.Last week however , I could not log in any longer and reset password did not work.

In order to take part in Dpreview , I had to create new account : Orsonneke1 with my wife's email.

I don't know how to continue, but I can't imagine that sooner or later the login will not work.

Any suggestions how I can activate the original account again?
