Not a Photoshop expert here and it's been too long since I've used it. It's on my old Win7PC.

I do, however use it to convert RAW to JPG and I like the feature, when converting, that softens/sharpens the image.

I have some JPGs that need this.

Is there a simple way to perform this with JPGs?
